For those who don’t know NH S&W stands for New Hampshire Sheep and Wool Festival! It was so fun! Ran into Cheryl, Erica, Carol and Dale, Linda (all started out as blog friends) … and then some of my local knitting group – Linda, Debbie, Deb, Sue, Sue Coleman, Betty, and I can’t remember everyone else…
I spent little money – only bought a jar of hand cream that the lady said was good for my heels; a cute little sheep that I am going to turn into a pin; and a gift for my Kitchen Swap Partner…(ain’t telling – cause she reads my posts!). The rest of the money I spent went for breakfast – a wonderful homemade wild blueberry tart; lunch – a hot dog and soda and dessert: the best apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and another soda…
No – you didn’t miss it – I bought NO yarn! Hang on - I’ll wait til you pick yourselves up off the floor! This time nothing screamed from the shelves, barrels, crates, or whatever…so, I didn’t buy anything!
But, it was a lovely day – got plenty of exercise! Ate well and got home just in time for the thunderstorm…
